Re-built practice facility including:
Constructed one-acre public driving range tee with bi-directional target greens with bunkers and 4 practice chipping greens with bunkers. Constructed 8,000 SF golf team practice tee with 7,000 SF private putting green.
Implemented master plan improvements, which included:
Green surrounds with bunkers and berms on holes 1, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 17 & 18. Reshaped Hole 18 fairway. Remodeled tees and lake. Installed 35,000 LF of cart path. Corrected drainage at maintenance area and shaped berm. Graded for drainage around new restroom.
